1. Square Toe

The evolution of the square toe has gone from boot form to just about every other type of shoe including heels and wedges. The structure makes sandals and mules feel more modern and it makes pumps appear particularly eye-catching and elevated. In short, it’s the shape that gets noticed and it is highly recommended for that casual yet classy look!

2. Loafers

Loafers have existed in the fashion spotlight for a while now. In addition to being easier to style, they are also a lot more comfortable. Recently, a variety of types have been introduced including colourblock versions, snake-print details, and tough-looking platforms. Use these to spice up your style. When you’d regularly choose a sneaker or a flat, slip into your loafers instead and instantly feel more sophisticated!

3. Mules

If you’re looking for shoes to slip on and go that won’t dress down your outfit, mules are what you want. They are comfortable yet classy and always pull your look together!

4. Leather flats

The leather flats are an ideal substitute for stylish yet comfortable footwear. They go well with anything especially when worn plain with a pair of jeans or a mini or midi skirt.

5. The house slides

Though we first collected house slides because we were spending so much time at home (due to COVID), those that can transition outside will stay in heavy rotation. The whole idea of a comfy shoe to quickly run an errand in isn’t far-fetched any time of the year, so expect these to stick around. They have been reinvented in colours and luxe fabrics like velvet and shearling, but they all have substantial soles, making them walkable, unlike a thin slipper.

6. Sneakers

Of course, we can’t talk about casual footwear without talking about sneakers. They are beyond comfortable and can be styled in several ways. Finally, they are the ideal casual footwear for any occasion. You can’t go wrong with a pair of sneakers.
